Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@selfiesort.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
2. Refund eligibility
- Within 7 days of first purchase: full refund, provided you have not uploaded more than 100 photos.
- After 7 days: subscriptions are non-refundable. You retain access until the end of the paid period.
- Renewals: auto-renewal charges are refundable if requested within 48 hours of the charge, provided no new events were created in that period.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@selfiesort.com from the email address on your account with your payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Service issues
If a technical issue on our side prevents you from using the Service for more than 24 consecutive hours, contact us for a pro-rated credit.
5. Data after cancellation
Event photos and associated face data are deleted according to your retention setting (default 30 days). You may export or download your data before cancelling.
